The Campaign for Grade-Level Reading (GLR) highlighted Early Learning Ventures as a Bright Spot program. Bright Spots are schools, programs, and communities nationwide using innovative and promising strategies to help low-income children read at grade level. GLR selected ELV due to their unique shared services model that implements both stronger business practices for the providers, as well as stronger families practices and educational resources for each child. “Our approach is with the whole family, working with the family as well as the program delivering services to the child, so that everyone works together as a unit,” stated Judy Williams, Executive Director of ELV. ELV’s Annual Investor and Partner Briefing

On Wednesday, August 30, ELV hosted its first Annual Investor and Partner Briefing luncheon at the Denver Public Library. Prominent members of the early childhood community gathered to hear presentations from The Policy Equity Group, APA Consulting, and ELV child care providers. The Policy Equity Group reported their findings regarding the Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) that ELV implemented in 2015, showing positive results from the children, providers, and families. APA consulting completed a Return on Investment Study reporting the benefits and savings of ECE providers utilizing ELV’s services. ELV child care providers also presented their own personal success stories by collaborating with ELV and receiving their comprehensive services.

Annual Report

ELV released its first Annual Report highlighting the results of both the study completed by APA Consulting and The Policy Equity Group.
